Christianity makes some pretty bold claims. Surely there must be reasonable answers to reasonable questions? Groups investigating God (GIGs) are discussion groups centered around exploring God and faith.
GIGs are suitable for people wanting to examine the Christian faith and make up their own mind.
If you’ve wondered why Christians believe such-and-such, but been afraid of offending your Christian friend by asking why, you’ll most likely enjoy GIGs.
Each week will revolve around a little material from the group facilitator, and a lot of questions raised and discussed by the group. No question is too hard, or inappropriate. Real answers for real questions.
If you are thinking of attending a GIG, here are a few questions to consider before attending: >> If there is just one question you could have answered, what would it be? >> If you could ask God one question, what would it be?
New GIGs start about once every two weeks. If you would like to find out about the next GIG, email us your timetable availability, and what degree you are studying. GIGs are interesting and fun, you'll make friends with like-minded people so don't miss out!
